The role of Social Inclusion Coordinatorwill include: : Supporting the manager with administrative duties, relating to the day to day functioning of the service: Conducting monthly house meetings and minute taking: Supporting the customers to attend outpatient appointments: Welcoming visitors and callers : Acting as a point of information for our customers, staff and key stakeholders: Dealing with emergencies on occasion: Organising regular one to one or group activities for the customers and organising festivals and events Skills and experiences: : Previous experience working in a similar role: Good interpersonal and customer care skills: Experience with working to deadlines and prioritising work loads: Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills: NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards: Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English.
