Graduate Geotechnical Engineer Reference: BY1271 Location: Leeds Salary: GBP24,000 : GBP27,000 These award winning geotechnical and geo: environmental consultants based near Leeds are seeking a graduate engineering geologist or geotechnical engineer to join the team on a range of exciting ground investigation projects. Youll be provided with specialist training from a team of specialist engineers and consultants in order to kickstart your career as a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer. The Graduate Geotechnical Engineer selected will be: Assisting with site walkovers. Carrying out ground investigations and desk studies. Taking soil samples. Bore: hole logging. Preparing phase plans. Writing factual reports Working on in situ testing. Observing day: to: day tasks to develop geo: environmental knowledge. Geotechnical Engineers should be keen to learn and develop geo: environmental and geotechnical skills, be willing to work outdoors on hands on projects, hold a full UK driving licence, be commutable to Leeds and the surrounding area and have a full right to work in the UK.
