Our core values guide us: Have a "can do" attitude Be detail-oriented Thirst for learning Be personable and fun to work with Be trustworthy and take extreme ownershipResponsibilities: Manage Fleet & Warehouse Facility: Oversee operations to ensure smooth and efficient management of fleet and warehouse facilities. Perform Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs: Carry out basic maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles to keep the fleet in optimal condition. Operate and Maintain Machinery: Safely operate forklifts and other machinery, performing routine maintenance and ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Property Maintenance: Ensure that the physical premises of the warehouse and any associated facilities are well-maintained, secure, and comply with safety standards. Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory within the warehouse, ensuring that supplies are well-organized and easily accessible. Communicate Effectively: Use excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments. Ensure Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols across fleet management and warehouse operations to prevent accidents and injuries. Maintain Records and Documentation: Keep accurate records related to fleet management, vehicle maintenance, inventory, and facility maintenance tasks. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues related to fleet management, warehouse operations, and property maintenance promptly. Implement Continuous Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve operations, reduce costs, and enhance service quality. Qualifications: Fleet management experience (Preferred) Perform small Vehicle Repairs & Maintenance Forklift experience Property maintenance experience (Preferred) Construction Production Warehouse Experience Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong work ethic and self-motivation. Have an acceptable driving record and possess a valid driver's license. Strong knowledge of Construction, general building and mechanical processes. Strong reading and math skills. Experience using mechanical tools, operating machinery, and maintaining equipment.
