Overview KEY TASKS* Perform all administrative tasks required to operate the physical facility in Lincolnshire, IL, including, but not limited to, the following:o Building Maintenanceo Building Security (Card Access, Cameras, Keys)o Shipping / Receivingo Landscaping / Snow Removalo Supplies Managemento Budget Control & Monitoring* Manage all supplier relationships and serve as principal supplier interface for the Lincolnshire facility* Facility EH&S / Hazardous Material Coordinator supporting ISO systems as required (ISO14001)* Facility Safety Coordinator o Safety Committee leadershipo Safety Trainingo Facilitate Building Safety Inspections* With the supervision of the Senior Mgr- Global QA & Safety, put in place and maintain all supplier agreements required to operate and maintain the Lincolnshire facility and groundso Review existing contractso Research and find replacement suppliers where necessaryo Be involved in contract negotiations where appropriate* Review all invoices related to the Lincolnshire facility for correctness * Payment of all costs/invoices related to the management of the facility* Assist HR Manager with Admin tasks REQUIREMENTSEducation: * Bachelor's degree* Some college with facilities management experience acceptableYears of Experience: * 2- 5 in facilities managementOther Requirements:* Flexibility to work additional hours when necessaryKEY COMPETENCIES* Excellent organizational skills* Excellent communications skillso Basic negotiations skills* Excellent people skills* Customer responsiveness* Intermediate Computer Skillso Microsoft Wordo Microsoft ExcelSnap-on is an Equal Opportunity Employer, Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran
