Are you a Pharmacist, looking for a new challenge Service Care Solutions are recruiting for remote Pharmacist with their Independent Prescribing Qualification. This role is for 37.5 hours per week available, Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm Job Purpose: Pharmacists Remote Pay Rate: £30 per hour Location: Remote Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00-17:00 Key Responsibilities: Reviewing patient’s acute medicines requests Liaise with clinicians and administrative staff to resolve medicine related queries Liaising with local chemists to solve medicinal problems, shortages, and other issues Managing long term conditions such as asthma and COPDCarrying out medication reviews including scrutinizing polyshop patients Perform medicines improvement work to maximise safe, cost effective best practice in prescribing under the supervision of the senior Clinical Pharmacist/s Assist with medication safety monitoring systems e. g. high risk drugs Monitor practice prescribing and adherence to the practice policies, included but not limited to any other local and national prescribing policies and guidelines£150 Agency Switch Bonus– If you’re unhappy with your current agency or simply fancy a change, Service Care Solutions will give you £150 for bringing your current contract to us. · £250 Referral Bonus – Simply refer your friend.
