Process Manager to join a renowned chemical manufacturing company that specialises in creating, producing, and distributing specialty nutrient products for agricultural companies. The company has witnessed substantial growth in recent times and is currently engaged in exciting upcoming ventures investing heavily into the future of the business. Alongside a base salary of up to £50,000 per annum, the Process Manager position is supported by a fantastic benefits package which Includes, 25 days annual leave with the option to purchase extra days, Up to 10 employer pension contribution, Private health cover, Virtual GP service, Bike to work scheme, Bonus package, Employee advisory service, Life Assurance and a wide range of personal development opportunities. As a Process Manager you will be responsible for providing effective leadership and strategic management of the production and warehouse team. This will require you to ensure the safe and compliant operation of the production and warehouse functions whilst promoting continuous improvement in methods, systems, and procedures to encourage teamwork, reduce costs, and develop employee potential. Process Manager candidate Specification: Effective team leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop individuals in the team. A degree in a manufacturing/engineering/chemistry-based subject is preferable, along with at least 5 years' experience in a Production Leadership / Process Manager role.
