The role is based in Hinckley, Leicester, and it comes with a generous annual salary and benefits. As a Lead Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring installation projects are completed on time, managing resourcing materials required for projects, overseeing a team of installation engineers on site, completing paperwork and maintaining working relationships with customers. As a Lead Industrial Electrician, you will be required to: Travel to various customer sites across the UK and oversee the installation and commissioning of new machinery Plan and carry out routine scheduled and preventative maintenance work Ensure all tools and equipment in use are certified and calibrated (where required) Undertake specialist training (when required) and keep up to date with statutory and legislative requirements. for this Lead Industrial Electrician role, you will need a minimum of 3 years experience in Industrial Electrical Installations. You will also require the following: A good understanding of electrical control and safety circuits and schematics Full UK Driving License NVQ Level 3 in electrical Installations or equivalent AM2 18th Edition City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing.
