CGI is seeking a Test Lead to join a growing project team. As part of this role, you will work as part of an Agile Development team responsible for the Design, Development and running of tests across several software solutions. The Test Lead will be working with modern tools and technologies whilst working on cutting edge projects. You will have strategic influence on testing roadmaps, transition from manual to Automation as well as key client relationship ownership and requirements gathering responsibilities. Due to the secure nature of the programme/role, you will need to hold the highest level of UK Security Clearance, or be eligible to go through National Security Vetting to obtain this clearance This position will be based on site near Reading 5 days a week. Your future duties and responsibilities The Test Lead will be responsible for the following activities: - Analysing project requirement for both manual and automated tests using the project approved tools- Interpretation of test results and preliminary investigation of failures- Raising defects and monitoring them through to resolution- Attending Agile Team sprints and events Required qualifications to be successful in this role The ideal candidate for this Test Lead position will have attributes n the following areas: - Previous Testing in an environment that requires attention to detail- Hands on experience of Test Management Tools such as ALM,.
