Job DescriptionHourly wages begin at $18 and may increase depending on experience.We are looking for a qualified Waterproofing Technician to apply specialized coatings and materials to protect buildings and structures from water damage. The ideal candidate will have experience in waterproofing applications and a strong understanding of construction and building materials. As a Waterproofing Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of structures and preventing water-related issues.Responsibilities: * Apply waterproofing materials to various surfaces, including roofs, basements, and foundations. * Inspect and assess structures for potential water damage and areas that require waterproofing. * Repair and restore existing waterproofing systems as needed. * Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper integration of waterproofing measures during building projects. * Utilize specialized tools and equipment to achieve effective waterproofing results. * Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques related to waterproofing.Requirements: * Experience as a Waterproofing Technician or similar role. * Knowledge of various waterproofing materials, techniques, and applications. * Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. * Strong attention to detail and precision in application. * Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Valid driver's license.Physical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
