About the role: We’re seeking a self-motivated Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) to lead the FP&A function at Unbounce to help drive the business into the next stage of growth. Reporting to the VP, Finance & Strategic Operations, this individual will play a lead role in providing insights into financial and operational trends in support of the company’s strategic objectives, including playing a key role in the AOP process. What you’ll be doing: The Manager, FP&A’s responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to: Support the VP, Finance & Strategic Operations in scenario analysis, business and revenue modelling, and important ad hoc requests to support strategic initiatives throughout the year Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of strategic initiatives Partner with the business by evaluating and comparing performance to plan, proactively highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations Produce accurate and timely reporting for internal leadership, external stakeholders, and the Board of Directors Support the preparation of company presentations, such as Business Health, All Hands, and quarterly Board Meetings Monthly refresh of the revenue model, including exporting templates from Tableau (BI Tool) and compiling various reports for review Assist the VP, Finance & Strategic Operations in the preparation and monitoring of the.
