In addition to fries, Mc Cain also produces other foods, including appetizers, oven meals, vegetables, and juice for both the retail and foodservice industries. We are seeking a flexible and adaptable leader to join us as a Process Engineer Lead in Grand Falls, NB. Reporting to the Site MDI Manager, the successful candidate will provide critical leadership for continuous improvement within a manufacturing plant. Serves as a change agent and facilitator of the MDI processes. Identifies key result areas and assists in the development and facilitation of MDI events. Key Responsibilities: Functional lead for process optimization using statistical data. This includes performing design of experiments on the production line and the development of functional process control models. Leading the training efforts in the application of statistical methods in Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) Perform studies on measurement systems (MSA) to ensure proper calibration protocols are in place and actions are taken when calibration systems fail.
