You are the type of person who gets your work done Way before schedule just because you can. You like a mix mash of work anywhere from working on researching new marketing ideas, to scheduling, to coming up with more efficient work processes. You hate drama and love personal growth. You are known as "cool under pressure" by your friends and don't get frazzled easily (thick skin). You don't care that you may have a boss with a completely different personality. You love structure, have a high vocabulary, and are assertive and responsive. In your cover letter tell me 4 things: • Why are you such a good hire?• Describe the last 2 bosses you had and why you loved and hated working for them• Tell me your ideal employment situation• Tell me your experience leading people and your favorite and least favorite aspect of being a leader Responsibilities:• Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable to metrics• Financial Management using Quickbooks/Zero• Systems management• Database management, Brivity CRM• Marketing management, social media, Google, and print• Team management• Team standards• Career visioning• Master team lead schedule/calendar Qualifications:• You are tech-savvy and extremely computer literate• 2-3 years experience as an executive assistant or office management experience• Uber-organized with amazing time management• You are an efficient scheduler with a sickening degree of attention to detail• Background in Real Estate is required, and a license is preferred (not required)• Constantly growing not because you have to, but because you want to!• Comprehends quickly and has the ability to clearly communicate in a timely manner Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly About Company: My Real Estate journey started in 1999 when I bought my first condo in Mesa. The agent used was very unprofessional and not very organized. On closing day, I went to sign the final docs and the title company said; "You need $1000 in your account for “reserves”. Not only did I not know what that was (at 19 years old), but didn’t have the money. Luckily, I was able to borrow it from a friend and close on my first home.
