We are committed to helping patients in our community who are experiencing personal, emotional, marriage, family, or psychological problems. Founded in 1991, we offer an intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment program, psychological testing, and behavioral health and medication management services. We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to work at our Corporate office located in New Brighton, MN. Responsible for oversight and management of full accounting cycle process for 60+ cost centers including revenue, A/R, A/P, and cash Coordinate monthly financial close process which includes completing accounting accruals, intercompany journal entries, analyzing expense accounts and preparing accurate and timely financial statements Reconcile bank statements to the company's general ledger and correct any discrepancies Reconcile vendor statements, following up with and correcting any discrepancies Manage the treasury function including user access Document and maintain accounting policies and procedures, including development, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls Identify and recommend process and technology improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Assist with reviewing and responding to interim and annual audit requests Prepare year-end 1099 forms as required Assist the Finance and Accounting Director with ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed, including data analysis required for the needs of the business as a whole Any other job duties as assigned
