Recycling Plant Manager : Stoke: On: Trent GBP 35,000Monday to Friday 8.30am : 5pm My client a successful Waste and Recycling company based nationwide, are looking for a Plant Manager : Waste / Recycling Industry to join theirsite. The Plant Manager will be based in Stoke: On: Trent. The Plant Manager will be responsible for supervising the Plant Team and managing all the activities of the immobilisation plant department. The successful Plant Manager : Waste / Recycling Industry will be required to do the following: : Managing / training the plant team : Managing all the activities of the immobilisation plant department : Achieving KPI targets : Selecting and batching of appropriate waste. : Ensuring dispatched waste from the plant is done in a safe and compliant manner. : Liaising with suppliers so transport is maximised and downtime caused by maintenance is minimal. : Report all incidents / concerns : Ensure health and safety is adhered to at all times : Compliance with all energy saving activities Skills required from the successful Plant Manager: : Has the ability to influence and motivate others : Excellent communication skills : Management experience : Experience of working in the hazardous waste sector desirable : FLT license : Relavant degree / qualification If you are interested in this Plant Manager role, please send anup to date CVto call Lauren on 440 INDLP.
