Healthy Minds – Employee Assistance Programme Key responsibilities: • Implement business rule changes in SATS Hub Support System. • Produce daily, weekly and monthly sort system performance reports and present to management as required. • Execution of day-to-day routing changes to the sort plan and communicating changes to all relevant parties during pre Ops briefings and meetings with the Process Manager. • Parameter maintenance of AHS3 set up as per sort plan. • Maintain and log all routing database changes. • Ensure the pre-sort checks are.
