About the Team The Cash Management team at Workday is growing, and we are seeking a Product Manager to join us in building innovative and intuitive solutions that our customers rely on to manage their cash more effectively and make better-informed decisions. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with both passion and proven success in building products that drive real business outcomes. As the voice of our customers, you will strive to understand their needs and challenges, including any nuances that are unique to their industry, geography, or business. You will define a compelling product vision with actionable requirements and collaborate cross-functionally across the company, our customers, and our partners to bring that vision to fruition. Additionally, you will deliver presentations and demos to enable our customers to realize the full value of Workday. About You Basic Qualifications 3+ years of product management experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProven track record of successfully collaborating with developers, QA, and UX designers in delivering products that customers love Other Qualifications A fast learner who pays attention to details and thrives on creatively solving tough problems in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in conveying complex business or technical concepts to a variety of audiencesExperience engaging with customers while demonstrating a high degree of customer empathyAbility to engage, influence, and collaborate across functions, both internally and externallyFunctional knowledge of cash management or treasury management at multinational organizationsExperience building or deploying financial management systems or treasury workstations for a global enterprise Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
