We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Field Service and Spare Parts Senior Manager based in Northern California. The core function of this position is to manage our Service and Parts work center. This work center is a customer service department and inside sales. Your team handles all incoming emails to the part and service department. These emails are selling parts and service to our customers for their current equipment. As the Field Service and Spare Parts Senior Manager you will create, and implement a Business plan to increase the Parts and Service and including Service contracts and spare parts packages. This is a customer-facing sales and management position, and not a warehouse position. The team also handles all customer site service calls. You will manage the service technicians and the parts salespersons. We are growing rapidly and welcome applicants with direct experience in Field Service and Spare Parts Senior Manager to apply! As a Field Service and Spare Parts Senior Manager , you will lead a cross-functional team. You will use your technical aptitude and critical thinking skills to play an essential role in providing the best solutions for our customers. Some responsibilities of our Field Service and Spare Parts Senior Manager : Manage the Service and Parts team Develop and implement a business plan to increase Parts and Service Revenue Develop and support strong work center goals for revenue generation Drive the sales and customer service process, coordinating all aspects of internal activities with the team and customer Communicate all sales activities to management through regular updating of Lattice, our performance Management software, and direct conversations with Senior Management Travel (up to 40%) to customer locations to engage customers on potential projects Required Education and Experience: 3-5 years experience with service and parts in an equipment manufacturing environment 3-5 years of mentorship and management experience Demonstrated ability and experience in selling service and parts Demonstrated excellence in negotiating and closing sales Ability to work with Salesforce, ERPs, and performance management software Full Time Salaried: 40+ hours per week Hours We offer 100% paid Medical, Dental, and Vision for the employee, a 401k with match, and PTO Wage Range DOE: $146,000 to $181,000 Annual Salary with the possibility of bonuses This is an onsite position, and the candidate must be within driving distance of the office.
