You will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of the branch by ensuring a high level of customer service through efficient operations and administrative efficiencies. Manages all branch support staff and operations, by: Provide ongoing coaching and development of employees, performance management and annual goal setting, guidance, motivation and support.
