This exciting and challenging role will allow you to play a significant part as we drive to improve engagement and the culture across our HR operations in the Wales Region. We are looking for a driven and self: motivated HR Business Partner to support senior leaders in building the capability of the operation to achieve and deliver short term business performance targets and the longer: term strategy. About the role As the Subject Matter Expert, you'll provide guidance to the Operational Senior Mangers using robust management information and high quality reporting to inform decision: making. Providing HRBP advise to stakeholders, you'll ensure that business and people plans are aligned. You'll be instrumental in building Senior Leadership capability and cultural change throughout all levels of the business. As a people change expert, you'll collaborate with the business to lead and engage with Trade Unions to mitigate risk and diffuse potential conflict, particularly around transformation change. About You To be truly successful in this role, you'll need to have worked in a fast: paced managerial role and have experience of working collaboratively with senior level stakeholders and demonstrate the following skills and experience on your CV: - Experience working in a large, complex organisation is desirable but not essential - Ability to build credible relationships.
