Supporting adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible and lead fulfilling lives. They support people with activities of daily living; including bathing, dressing, personal care, food shopping, meal preparation, medication as well as to access their local community and activities of interest. They support people to regularly attend day centres, church, accessible gyms and sensory rooms through the week and this year theyve supported people to events such as the Edinburgh Tattoo, on holiday to the Northumberland Coast, to days out at the Cricket and to spend time with their families. You do not need any qualifications or experience to join us as a Enabling Support Worker they only ask that you have the ambition to make a positive contribution to peoples life, are compassionate and kind.
