Intrigued? If so, please read on. This will be working for one of the leading Hard FM Service Providers in London. Working a continental shift pattern nights only 19:00pm:07:00am You will be working in a blue chip commercial office space based in the heard of Londons financial district. Day to day duties will include: PPMs Reactive Maintenance AHU FCU BMS Chillers Cooling Towers Pressurisation Units Actuators Changing Belts, Pumps and Motors Basic Plumbing Maintenance Plant Room Checks To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ/C and G Level 2 in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing and Heating or Building Services.
