Your duties will include customer invoicing, collection of outstanding monies, resolving billing discrepancies, facilitating customer enquiries, and reducing delinquent accounts. 28 - 35 hours a week (4 or 5 day week) Minimum 6 Months Fixed Term Maternity Cover Location, Wolverhampton, UK Application Deadline Wednesday April 3rd 2024 Salary £26,000 + pro rata depending on experience. Our core values are; Provide exceptional customer service Help our customers grow Support the communities and local businesses we serve Develop sustainable solutions Find out more about us at youtu. be/G5u3kk0ISl A ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor case lists to ensure job orders are invoiced properly Issue and post invoices Monitor and process credit memo requests Review accounts receivable and identify open accounts for collection efforts Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss with the sales team, operations and plant controller Send pre due, past due and delinquent notifications to customers via email Make outbound collection calls in a professional manner while maintaining and improving customer relations Resolve client-billing issues Reconcile customer accounts and provide supporting documents to customers Assist with sales invoicing process Assist with administration of invoice discounting facility Produce data and reports where necessary JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Ability to work independently but cooperatively with others in a team environment.
