They are a fast: paced manufacturing company based in the beautiful coastal town of Bournemouth. With innovative products and focus on quality, the company has been growing rapidly and are now seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join the team. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for their valued customers. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of orders and queries, ensuring that each customer receives the top: notch service they deserve. Working closely with our manufacturing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are delivered on time and in perfect condition. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual with a strong background in Administration. Your organisational skills will be put to the test as you juggle multiple tasks, including inputting orders, responding to new enquiries, and processing export paperwork. A keen eye for detail is a must, as you will be responsible for accurately raising invoices and credit notes. You will also need to be a whiz with Excel, as you will be using this tool to track orders, analyse data, and create reports for management.
