<p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Encourage and maintain positive, inclusive interactions within our Global Employee slack channels leveraging Workday policies.</li><li>Address concerns on Slack quickly and decisively while ensuring empathy and consistency.</li><li>Proactively monitor and guide productive employee conversations within the slack channels.</li><li>Identify when to escalate issues to minimize risks or introduce solutions.</li><li>Manage and analyze data regarding internal policies, to proactively monitor, evaluate, and signal any significant observations or patterns.</li><li>Identify, analyze and implement sound resolutions to complex Employee Relations issues and investigations.</li></ul><p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 7 years in roles related to Employee Relations, HR, or Community Management.</li><li>Excellent demonstrable knowledge of current employment law and best practices in Employee Relations policies, principles, and procedures.</li><li>Extensive experience managing complex employee relations issues, including workplace investigations.</li><li>Extremely strong communication skills.</li><li>Empathy and skill in addressing sensitive situations and topics.</li><li>Proven ability to assess and mitigate risk. </li><li>Experience in applying HR policies.</li><li>Experience analyzing data and trends</li></ul><p> </p><p>This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $33.62/hour-$44.83/hour</p><p>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K</p>
