The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in construction litigation. Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis related to construction litigation matters.Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, briefs, and pleadings.Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and preparation.Manage caseload efficiently and effectively prioritize tasks. Requirements:Bar admission.2+ years of experience in construction litigation.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
