Responsibilities: Lead and manage the kitchen staff to ensure a high standard of culinary excellence and operational efficiency.Create innovative and authentic menus that reflect the diverse flavors of India, while also catering to a variety of dietary needs.Source high-quality, fresh ingredients and maintain relationships with local suppliers.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and special events.Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of learning and passion for Indian cuisine. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef with a focus on Indian cuisine, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.A deep understanding of traditional Indian cooking techniques and ingredients, as well as a willingness to innovate and experiment with new dishes.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.Culinary arts training or equivalent experience preferred.
