Clean As A Mother ATL is growing and hiring team members who want to earn a living wage and have a positive impact on those around them.This position is perfect for someone who:-Enjoys being rewarded for their hard work with tips and bonuses-Is looking for a safe and encouraging work environment-Has an eye for detail - likes the satisfaction of a job well done-Enjoys an active lifestyle - cleaning is great exercise!-Friendly, customer service attitude - this is a low-interaction position however building a friendly rapport with clients often results in great tips!-Anyone who loves to binge podcasts/audiobooks and/or jam out to music while workingExperience is NOT necessary - An awesome work ethic IS necessary. Team members must:-Have the ability to perform tasks associated with cleaning, including standing for long periods of time, walking up and down stairs, lifting 25 pounds, kneeling, and bending repeatedly.-A phone with a data plan & texting/calling capabilities (clock-in/out on our app, use gps to get to jobs, etc.) -Be available a minimum of 15 hours per week -Pass a background check-Have a valid driver’s license-Have reliable transportation and vehicle insuranceGeneral duties include dusting surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, removing garbage and other domestic tasks. We are seeking individuals who can work independently and are willing to follow our policies to ensure that all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.Team members will be supplied with all cleaning tools/supplies necessary for each job.Compensation: Training: $15 per hourCleaning Tech: $20-$28 per hour plus tipsPayment frequency:WeeklyChoose your own days and hours!Available shifts:Mon-Fri9am-1pm1pm-5pm6pm-9pm some weekend shifts available as needed Apply today - we can’t wait to meet you!
