Description:
Must-Haves 5 years or more experience as an Acute Care Clinical Leader required. 2 years or more experience for bedside RN Experience with a team with a variety of skill levels including new graduate RNs. Demonstrated success with tabulating, collaborative work with physicians, project management, and process improvement projects. Nice-To-Haves Masters degrees in Nursing, Business, or Leadership/Management preferred. Experience as a Unit Level Director strongly preferred. This Acute Care Services Clinical Director work closely with all members of the Leadership Council and oversees a house-wide, functional, multidisciplinary, and service oriented team that includes the ICU/PCU, Medical/Surgical, and Rehab Nursing Units.
