In this leadership role, you will play a vital part in ensuring patients receive the highest quality care while achieving exceptional patient outcomes.Responsibilities: Provide medical leadership and oversight for the inpatient rehabilitation program. Supervise a Nurse Practitioner and other medical staff. Implement and ensure adherence to all quality assurance and regulatory guidelines. Champion a collaborative and patient-centered care approach. Participate in performance improvement initiatives..
