The Customer Service Sales Representative Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. Take responsibility for the assigned area, follow up on leads, identify potential customers, and conduct face-to-face sales. Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting residential and wireless services to clients. Respond to customer queries and concerns as the primary technical support point of contact for consumers. Use the Salesforce platform to record and report all sales activities in the assigned regions. Participate in necessary product training, team meetings, and planning sessions.
