You will be responsible for completing various activities, which are not limited to minor repair and maintenance in the following areas: plumbing, carpentry, interior/exterior paint, drywall, electrical, heating/cooling, and more. LOCATION : Calgary, AB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Service clients in a polite and professional manner Gather required tools and supplies specific to the job/repair Move heavy furniture, equipment, appliances, and other item Maintain client data & update work order information Order supplies and equipment Must be able to work independently while managing time/changing service schedules Perform tasks within service guidelines and seek appropriate approval for safety-sensitive situations Other duties as required per business needs. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: Excellent customer service and listening skills; Must be able to use job-related tools and equipment with ease; Good written and verbal communication skills; Ability to effectively analyze, plan, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines; Good understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act; EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Previous related experience.
