Client Management (50%): Build meaningful relationships with clients by understanding their goals and culture, and offering solutions that address their needs. Dedicate time to meeting, speaking, emailing, and connecting with clients, virtually and in-person, to address their HR and recruitment needs. Utilize your business acumen to identify opportunities for Envol to expand relationships and provide value to clients. 2. Human Resources & Recruitment (30%): Develop, delivery, and execute HR programs, procedures and projects from start-to-finish across a range of HR functions.
