Role Overview: We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, preferably within the coffee industry, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and secure new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence and customer base, with a strong emphasis on sales. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and strategic partners. Collaborate with cross: functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities. Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and identify areas for growth. Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners to maximise profitability and ensure mutual success. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development initiatives to senior management. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably within the coffee industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders. Self: motivated and goal: oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
