We strive to provide the highest-quality, prompt, and service-friendly minute-taking solutions and to be the preferred choice for any entity that requires professional minute-taking. We are looking for a proven Sales Coordinator to support our sales efforts and customer onboarding processes. Reporting directly to the VP, Sales & Marketing, the Sales Coordinator ensures that our CRM is maintained and up to date, administers the company phone systems, meets with clients, and provides product demos. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing general administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team as a whole. On a daily basis, the Sales Coordinator is focused on the accurate and timely flow of information between customers and back office functions. Maintaining an awareness of open and ongoing customer requests as well as any active or recurring issues identified by customers is crucial for success in this role. Responsibilities: Assist with data entry and enter all new customer information into our CRM Ensure that all customer databases are maintained and up to date Assist with new customer onboarding, including setting up accounts and overseeing workflows and automations Follow up with new customers and customer inquiries Support email marketing efforts by building, segmenting, and importing contact lists Support PR efforts by building and maintaining lists of relevant publications, government portals, and corporate procurement portals Administer company phone systems.
