JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Sales Director, the Bilingual Sales Coordinator supports the sales team, coordinates special assignments, ensures the proper functioning of the department, and actively participates to the success of the sales team. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Support sales with the management of back order activities, including liaising with various departments of the company such as Customer Service, IM etc. Management of our backorder lists, with follow up on dates and communication for customers Research substitution options for products under backorder and recommend to sales team those solutions Coordinate with Sales and Inventory Management to record and report net changes to business for products.
