You will help launch and operate a new brand in the Alberta, Ontario and Quebec markets powered by Ocado Group’s world-leading e-commerce grocery platform. Just like that. ™ Job Description THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION WORKING 4 - 10 HOUR SHIFTS WEEKLY WEDNESDAY - SATURDAY 9PM - 7AM • Supports the Shunter Operations at the Customer Fulfillment Centre • Develops a high performing team; directs day-to day activities of the Shunter teammates. • Provides performance feedback and coaching for Shunter teammates. • Drives team engagement, development, and retention by connecting team to the Voila vision, encouraging innovation, clear communication, and continuous feedback. • Embeds and sustains Shunter protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Actively participates in the recruitment of teammates. • Approximately 20-25 direct reports (Shunters) • Supports continuous improvement effort by utilizing operation feedback. • Partners with Training Specialist to deliver training content. • Accountable to ensure consistent standards and continuous learning. • Ensures all Shunters have current driver abstracts, valid licensing, monitor driver behavior and reporting of hours, and ensure drivers.
