Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Service Advisor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering a proactive training curriculum, on-site technical support, and exceptional customer service to HVAC dealers, select customers, and dealer prospects. In addition, you will provide internal training for the Johnstone team, ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the latest technical knowledge. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver proactive training programs for HVAC dealers, select customers, and dealer prospects. Provide on-site technical support and excellent customer service to strengthen relationships in all stores and sales territories. Offer internal training sessions for the Johnstone team to enhance their technical expertise. Provide regular feedback on market technical trends and training needs to stay ahead of industry advancements. Increase product and technical knowledge within the organization, contributing to the overall strength of our brand. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and employees through effective communication and support. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC field is required. EPA 608 Universal License is mandatory. NATE Certification is preferred. Strong HVAC technical understanding and background. Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to excel with minimal supervision.
