Join our prestigious team! The Outing Club is the oldest private club in the Quad Cities and has become synonymous with quality in relation to both food and service! We are currently looking to add dedicated service professionals to assist us in delivering a professional and inviting dining experience that exceeds members expectations! We are specifically looking to add a "Bar Captain" to our ranks! Prior bartending/service experience is a plus, however all applicants should be adaptable to or willing to learn several styles of service ranging from formal restaurant table service to large and small banquet style service.As our Bar Captain , you'd be the face of The Outing Club's Bar Program! One's responsibilities would include but would not be limited to: Assisting in the training and development of the Front of House Bar Staff. Overseeing our Bar service and ensuring service standards are being met. Helping to ensure the tidiness of all bar areas and ensuring all bars are set correctly. Helping to create and execute new and exciting drink features! Assisting in the ordering of products and helping to execute end of month inventory. Assisting in closing duties and shifts Hours are flexible however having evening, weekend, and occasional holiday holiday availability is beneficial!Pay is based on experience!
