The Role: As a Property Manager, you will oversee the operations, upkeep, and financial management of multiple apartment blocks and housing estates. Duties: Conducting site inspections for maintenance needs Collaborating with accounts on budget management Coordinating maintenance and construction projects Addressing and resolving client enquiries Influencing and mediating client interactions Interpreting and conveying lease information. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Fostering strong relationships with contractors and surveyors Leading annual general meetings and director gatherings Requirements: Previously worked as a Property Manager, Block Manager or in a similar role.
