Beverage Supervisors @ $19.00/hour The Hospitality Beverage Supervisor will play a key support role within the Beverage Department, assisting to ensure product availability, quality, cost effectiveness, compliance, control and service for all beverages served throughout the unit. Essential Responsibilities : Ensure proper procedures are followed for all bars when reporting requisitions, transfers, stand sheets and banks Ensure bars are placed in appropriate locations according to event requirements Support customer service satisfaction by monitoring departmental policies and procedures and assisting with training of beverage service personnel May assist with ordering, inventory controls and cash management within each beverage location Qualifications & Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent and experience in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and in a high stress, fast paced environment Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility in an often tightly quartered environment.
