Starting Date Immediately Store Mesa, AZ Where 445 E Main St Suite 101 MESA AZ, 85203 Type Part Time Wage $16 - $18.50/hour Description Sell Deseret Book products and services in a retail store environment Deliver excellent customer service Oversee retail store operations such as cashiering, gift wrapping, merchandise presentation, shipping/receiving, store recovery, etc Supervise, train, and motivate store associates Give assignments and follow up to ensure timely completion Perform store opening and closing assignments Required Skills Knowledge of Deseret Book products, policies, and procedures preferred Ability to coach and lead store associates Ability to see problems and work proactively to correct them Self-motivated with good team skills Computer and cashiering skills helpful Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings and Saturdays.
