JOB PURPOSE: This position will be the primary Human Resources partner supporting our operations team. The role provides ongoing employee relations support to Plant Supervisors as well as acts as a resource to employees. This role partners with operations to develop and optimize resources to drive business goals and is responsible for assisting with the development of initiatives and coordination, implementation, administration and maintenance of Human Resources programs with a focus on excellent execution.
