Based out of our Edmonton West location the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process from job requisition approval to candidate onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, extraordinary multitasking skills, and a passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience. Compensation Plan Competitive salary. Primary Job Functions Facilitate the job requisition approval process, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and approvals are obtained. Collaborate with hiring managers to gather detailed information about job requirements and candidate qualifications. Work closely with Recruitment Business Partner to create and post job advertisements in accordance with job posting guidelines. Develop questions to efficiently screen and identify qualified candidates. Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and engage potential candidates. Review resumes and applications to identify top candidates for further consideration. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Track and maintain recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. Conduct reference checks for selected candidates to verify their qualifications and experience. Assist with the completion of hiring paperwork and documentation for selected candidates.
