With a strong track record and a wide range of capabilities, they are a preferred choice for many organisations. They are currently seeking an experienced Integrated Product Support Manager IPS Manager to join their team for remote working. The Role: You will play a pivotal role in supporting the establishment and growth of new Support engineering programs. You will be responsible for managing IPS Portfolios and driving the development of S-Series Training. This challenging position requires you to ensure the efficiency and customer-centricity of procedures, acting as a crucial link between Customer Engineering Programs and Customer Support teams. Duties: Develop, coordinate, and manage program/project activities. Create and manage program plans, oversee engineering resources, and coordinate supportability and maintainability elements for an IPS plan. Accountable for program/project development, coordination, and function management. Produce, coordinate, and deploy program plans and engineering resources. Manage supportability and maintainability elements, including risk backssment. Act as an SME for in-house S-series Training courses. Apply IPS methodologies to enhance product maturity. Influence business decision-making for service provision capability. Ensure delivery, maintenance, and integration of IPS processes. Manage Logistics Support Analysis LSA activities with partners and subcontractors.
