If so, joining Nutanix as a Principal Product Manager will give you the opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of building our Service Provider focused products and solutions, in a dynamic and growing team under the guidance of an experienced PM leader. Product Management at Nutanix This role would be a part of the Product Management team at Nutanix. The team is dynamic and growing, working on strategic initiatives and driving the development of innovative products and solutions. The team is led by Anindo, a seasoned product management leader with extensive experience in the enterprise technology space. The team collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction. Working in this team offers the opportunity to be part of a high-energy environment, contribute to the growth of the Service Provider business segment, and make a significant impact in the industry. Your Role Define and execute strategy for Service Provider Solutions Gather and prioritize customer feedback for product requirements Build consensus and clarity across teams for product goals Write comprehensive market and product requirement documents Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product delivery Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) Provide ongoing support to drive high customer satisfaction Create and maintain internal and external facing collateral What You Will Bring Superior leadership and mentorship skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Experience with Hybrid Multi-Cloud services Expertise in SaaS product development for enterprise customers Experience working with Service Providers/Global System Integrators 5+ years of product management experience Proven ability to innovate and experience in launching and taking to market successful products Independently led and owned a product line Excellent written and oral communication skills Proven ability to influence geographically distributed teams BS or MS in Engineering. MBA is nice to have About the Team About Your Manager: Anindo is VP - Products in Nutanix responsible for Management (Nutanix Central & Prism), Nutanix Cloud Manager and Service Provider solutions. He has been a PM leader in Nutanix for over 6 years and joined Nutanix as part of its acquisition of Minjar Inc. Has over 2 decades of experience in the Enterprise technology space, initially as an end customer in GE, followed by roles in large Global SI's and in the past decade building and growing B2B SaaS products. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 172,000 and USD $ 344,400 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
