No matter your expertise, our active training process for Entry Level Account Managers provides the baseline for business strategy and the knowledge necessary to grow within the organization. We can build more robust and effective campaigns by encouraging our Account Managers to maximize their strengths while following client sales guidelines. Duties of the Entry Level Account Manager Position: Perform demonstrations and answer questions to potential donors for our clients Utilize your customer service skills to connect with community members at events Create meaningful relationships through outstanding presentation, strategic thinking, and personalized interaction with every customer Effectively convey our client's goals and initiatives to the community and prospective donors Communicate expertise in telecommunications and entertainment by hands-on sales demos Ensure a flawless delivery of the customer experience from start to finish Becoming familiar with the regional market to assist in future client campaign planning Attending and conducting team collaborations with other Entry Level Account Managers and team members regarding sales, expectations, client goals, and successes Qualities of an Entry Level Account Manager Candidate: 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, business, retail, hospitality, or a similar industry Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field Honest, trustworthy, and operate with integrity A keen eye for detail and clear communication abilities Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously and efficiently Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of the Entry Level Account Manager team with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity Adaptable, open to new ideas, and willing to take on new responsibilities A natural overachiever with a drive for superiority #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
