We are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual to assume the position of Library Assistant with the Community Services Department to work casual hours. What does a Library Assistant do? performs clerical duties necessary to facilitate day-to-day operations; registers patrons for library programs; helps patrons with public access computers; processes materials being taken out and returned; maintaining attractive and informative book displays. Are you responsible and enthusiastic? Are you available on days, evenings, and weekends? Are you flexible with your availability and looking for a great part-time job? Then this may be the job for you. Completion of grade 12 is the minimum education requirement, although, some post-secondary education is preferred.
