Responsibilities: • Question prospective clients on their needs, wants, and available finances to find properties that fit these needs• Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards• Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal• Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties• Lead follow up• Close sales• Seek out new lease agreements• Commercial lead generation• Database campaigns• Lead generation• Sales script mastery Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• Familiar with leasing regulations• Proven track of successful sales record• Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher• A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions About Company: Our team is rapidly expanding!
