Practice Area: Litigation - General (consumer), Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 5 Years, A law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with the following qualifications:Job Overview: The Civil Litigation Attorney will be responsible for defending civil litigation cases in Nevada, requiring strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to manage case files independently. The ideal candidate will possess trial experience and demonstrate an interest in client development and marketing.Duties:Defend civil litigation cases in Nevada, utilizing exceptional research and writing skills.Independently manage case files, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are informed.Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, as needed.Assist in marketing and client development initiatives.Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of prior experience defending civil litigation cases in Nevada.Current license to practice law in the State of Utah.Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Exceptional research and writing abilities.Trial experience preferred.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Utah.Skills:Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Effective time management and organizational skills.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Job Location: Salt Lake City, UTBenefits Offered:Financial stability.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, ADD, and LTD insurance coverages fully paid by the Firm.Business casual dress code in a modern office setting.Respectful and collegial work culture.Onsite training and continuous learning opportunities.Competitive salary with a bonus plan.Voluntary benefits are available.
