Then we simply give them the freedom to take their career (and Golderado) further. Key Information: Must have a Civil or Construction Engineering diploma, degree or equivalent. Must have 3-5 years experience in a leadership role. Must have the ability to lead the effective implementation of operational best practices, risk management strategies, and quality assurance/ quality control activities. Hours: Project dependent. The typical hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, when required. Hourly rate is dependent on experience. Job Description: Ability to champion and lead the effective implementation of operational best practices, risk management strategies, and quality assurance / quality control activities. Facilitate proper planning of the work to ensure compliance with project requirements. Oversee the development and implementation of Subcontractor Quality Plans. Prepare/coordinate the development of Inspection and Testing Plans (ITPs) for all construction activities. Ensure that the ITPs are fully implemented, hold and witness points attended, and issues arising resolved expediently. Create and complete project-specific installation checklists. Monitor.
